FAQ

Questions customers ask us

Short answers about service, parts and projects. Can't find yours? Ask us directly.

Which areas do you serve?

Our head office and workshop are in Sa Kaeo. We serve plants across Thailand, with the Eastern region closest to us, and deliver projects in Southeast Asia.

Do you service equipment from any manufacturer?

Yes. We work on separators, decanter centrifuges and plate heat exchangers from the major manufacturers, using original parts or approved equivalents as you specify.

How often should a separator be serviced?

Follow the running-hour intervals in your machine's manual for intermediate and major services. We build a service plan from your running hours and the condition we find at each visit.

When should plate heat exchanger gaskets be replaced?

When they leak, when they have hardened or lost their elasticity, or when the plate pack has reached its minimum tightening dimension. Gasket life depends on temperature, cleaning chemicals and how often the unit is opened.

Can a plate heat exchanger be cleaned without opening it?

Yes, for light fouling, by circulating cleaning chemicals (CIP). Heavy fouling and scale need the unit opened and the plates cleaned and inspected one by one.

Do you offer 24/7 support?

Yes. Customers with a service agreement get a 24/7 line for breakdowns.

What does a service agreement include?

Planned maintenance visits, spare parts held for your equipment, 24/7 support, an annual review of the plant, and a service report after every visit.

Can you design and build a complete process system?

Yes. We design, source, fabricate, install and commission complete systems such as CIP skids, process modules and piping, then look after them through lifecycle care.

Which codes and standards do you work to?

ASME BPE and EHEDG for hygienic systems, ASME B31.3 and ASME VIII for piping and pressure equipment, and class rules for marine work. Controlled engineering work in Thailand is done by licensed engineers.
