Six stages in a loop, one document trail
You always know what stage the project is at, what has been approved, and which document proves it.
Design
Kick-off meeting, design basis, then drawings issued to you for approval with a transmittal. You return each document with a status code.
Sourcing
Orders placed against the approved bill of materials. Material certificates are checked on arrival before anything is cut or welded.
Fabrication
Built in our workshop to the inspection and test plan. The finished system runs on water at design conditions while your team watches.
Installation
Delivered with a delivery note and packing list, installed under permit-to-work, then walked down together to build the punch list.
Commissioning
Start-up, site acceptance test and operator training. The handover certificate starts your warranty and lists anything still open.
Lifecycle care
Your service agreement starts at handover: planned maintenance, spare parts held for your system and a 24/7 line for breakdowns. Each year we review the plant with you, and what we learn becomes the design basis for the next upgrade. The loop starts again at stage 01.
Every document has a number and a revision
From the first quotation to every service report after handover, each document follows one format, so you can file our documents with your own and trace any revision.
